I was more upset about the episodes before that were Naruto fought the other Pain's and it was pretty lazily done with minimal animation and a lot of motion tweens just sliding stuff across the screen rather than artists actually drawing movement. Plus episode is like 24 minutes long. About 10 seconds of it are super stylized.
